    Placing Orders with Frank's Express

    Orders can be placed by either:

    Or via the ordering system on our website, www.franksexpress.com

    Orders can be placed Monday – Friday up to 5pm the day before.
    We are happy to process late orders received after 5pm for next day
    delivery or on the morning the food is required, however we cannot
    guarantee delivery time, or specific food selection, but we will endeavour
    to meet all your requirements.

    Prices

    All of our menu prices exclude VAT, it will be charged where applicable
    in keeping with current VAT regulations.

    Payment

    Payment should be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
    BACS payments should be made to:

    • Sharann Limited
    • Bank: Natwest
    • Sort Code 60-50-06
    • Account Number 80408125
    A remittance advice should be e-mailed to info@franksexpress.com
    Cheques accompanied by a remittance advice should be made payable to
    Sharann Limited.

    Delivery

    We do not charge for delivery. However, there may be circumstances that
    a charge is payable for locations outside our normal delivery zones. If this
    is the case you will be informed by a member of our sales team on all the
    details.

    Cancellations

    We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If
    you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24
    hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able
    to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your
    order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be
    subject to a full charge.

    Losses & Breakages

    It would be greatly appreciated if all plates, platters & equipment should
    be ready for collection on our next delivery to you. Any alternative
    arrangement should be made with the driver or the office. Any losses or
    breakages will be charged at full replacement value.
    It is not necessary to return equipment clean.

    Weekends

    Weekend orders will be accepted at the Management's discretion.
    A £25.00 delivery charge will be added to the invoice for all weekend
    deliveries.
