Frank's Tips:

A few helpful suggestions to guide you through the order process.

  • People generally prefer a mixture of different items, you could try mixing a sandwich platter with a canapé platter. Or try one of our finger buffet menu’s for a good variety.
  • The average person will eat about 1.5 sandwiches if sandwiches are the sole food item on offer.
  • Remember to allow options for vegetarians and other dietary requirements. If you need advice on this we will be happy to help.
  • Fruit and salads are a great way to top up energy levels and keep people focused.
  • Sweet or savoury? Remember to allow for different tastes. If ordering for 10 people maybe try assorted cakes for 5 and Tortilla chips for 5.
  • Think of the environment the food will be served in. If people are eating on their feet or on their laps pick foods that are easy to eat.
  • In a hurry? Use one of our finger buffet menus to save time when ordering and still get a good variety to please everyone.
  • Remember we are here to help. If you are confused or not used to organising catering for any event, let us know and we will use our 30 years experience to help you through.
  • Use our special requirements section in the final stages of ordering to let us know if we need to chop or change anything to suit your needs.
